Billie Sue Thomas Well Women’s Shelter: CADA’s mission is to provide, free of charge, emergency shelter and basic needs and services to battered women and their dependent children with the ultimate goal being a lifestyle free of domestic violence. Primary focus for outreach is Jeff Davis Parish. However, CADA accepts anyone from anywhere.
