Free and confidential services for victims of domestic violence and their children in Allen, Calcasieu, and Cameron parishes. Community education on the issue of domestic violence. Provides 24 - hour comprehensive crisis intervention services to rape and sexual assault victims. Rape Crisis Outreach serves individuals from these three parishes plus Beauregard and Jeff Davis.
